Using the service
You may use EditPDFly only for lawful files and tasks. You must have the right to upload, edit, convert, and download the document and its contents.
You are responsible for choosing the workflow that fits your document and for following any rules that apply to the information in it. The service is intended to help perform document operations. It does not grant permission to use content owned by another person.
Your files
You retain responsibility for the files you process and the exported results. Keep an original copy and review every output before relying on it or sharing it.
Normal editing in the PDF editor happens in the browser. PDF-to-Word conversion and an optional PDF attachment in a feedback report involve the temporary processing described in the privacy policy. Choosing those actions authorizes the processing needed to complete the requested operation.
Capability limits
The service does not guarantee that every PDF can be parsed, edited, or converted. Scanned pages need OCR, missing fonts may be substituted, complex layouts may change, and digital signatures are not preserved after editing.
A download, successful request, or status message does not prove that an output is accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Reopen the file and check visible content, searchable text, images, tables, page count, pagination, fonts, links, accessibility, and any required signatures.
Availability
The service may be changed, suspended, or limited for maintenance, security, capacity, or legal reasons. A successful HTTP response does not guarantee that an output is suitable for a particular purpose.
Features, file limits, and supported document structures may change as the tools are tested and improved. A page describing a planned capability does not make that capability available. The active tools directory identifies the workflows currently provided.
Prohibited use
Do not process malware, content you are not authorized to use, or documents in a way that violates law, privacy, intellectual property, or another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass size limits or interfere with service operation.
Do not use automated requests to overload the service, probe private infrastructure, distribute harmful content, or obtain access to another user's files or support materials. Do not submit secrets or credentials as document content or diagnostic information.

EditPDFly is a document utility. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, compliance, or records-management advice.
